Local Orders

We currently charge a RM 10 shipping rate on orders within Malaysia, including Sabah & Sarawak. Orders worth RM 150 and above will be shipped for free. We strive to pack and ship all orders within 24 hours after payment is received. Once shipped it should take 1- 2 days for the items to get to your door. Orders made on Friday (after 3pm), Saturday and Sunday will only be shipped on Monday.

International Orders

We currently ship to a select number of international destinations as listed below.  If your country is not listed, please email us directly at hello@borneovwellness.com and we can make some special arrangements for you to place an order.  The Malaysian Postal Service ships all our international orders.  We currently offer Registered AirMail or Express Mail. Orders worth RM 300 and above (Approx. USD 100) will be shipped for FREE via Registered AirMail. Registered AirMail will take approximately 2-3 weeks whilst the Express Mail Service should take 3 - 7 business days. Tracking numbers will be provided for both services by email once shipped. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before placing your order.
